Business Consultant – Process Design & Network Services

Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications and network infrastructure sector, is seeking a Business Consultant to join their shared services department. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions by designing innovative concepts and driving transformation projects.

• Analyze requirements and assess their impact on processes, systems, and tools to deliver value propositions.
• Develop and adjust strategic roadmaps based on functional expertise and feasibility evaluations.
• Perform conceptual design for business initiatives and analyze innovative transformation solutions.
• Establish acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions while coaching implementation activities.
• Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives within an established business framework.
• Document solution directions and business requirements to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

• You possess 5+ years of experience in business consultancy or business analysis.
• You have professional experience in Process Modeling, management, and documentation.
• You bring a solid understanding of Business Analysis best practices and Agile methodologies.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and Network domains.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
• You're recognized for excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of AWS, SQL, Data Modeling, and UX experience.
• Understanding of Service Assurance processes.
• Previous experience in the Telecom industry.
• Knowledge of Dutch.

• Duration: Until 31/12/2026 with extension possible

• Working model: Hybrid (Onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
