Expert Change Manager – Data Strategy & Transformation

Our client, a prominent organization in the digital services sector, is seeking an Expert Change Manager to shape, guide, and anchor transformations within their data product line. This role serves as the vital link between strategic objectives and operational change, supporting the data domain in embracing new methodologies, processes, and technologies.

• Refine and implement the change strategy for the data product line in alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze the maturity of the data organization to identify structural, process, and competency requirements.
• Develop and strengthen competency matrices for data profiles and guide employees through their growth paths.
• Facilitate major data initiatives including platform transitions, data quality programs, and governance implementations.
• Engage and inform diverse stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment and support for change.
• Drive adoption and behavioral change through workshops, communication, coaching, and training programs.
• Monitor change effectiveness using KPIs focused on adoption, maturity, and team performance.

• You have 8+ years of experience in Change Management and leading organizational transformations.
• You bring expert-level knowledge of the ADKAR change model.
• You possess extensive experience managing complex transitions within data-driven environments.
• You have a deep understanding of data architecture, data platforms, and modern data technologies.
• You possess knowledge of specific data roles, skillsets, and competency mapping within a data organization.
• You have experience with Incident and Change Management methodologies.
• You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Data Governance and developing a vision for data-team evolution.
• Familiarity with ADKAR Prosci methodology.
• Professional experience within Asset Management.
