Our client, a leading provider of digital mobility management solutions, is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead their client-facing operations. This role operates at the intersection of enterprise client success, product intelligence, and operational excellence to drive long-term retention and growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Customer Success Managers and Care professionals.
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of Enterprise clients, overseeing their onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Direct complex client projects from kick-off through to go-live while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Synthesize client feedback into structured, actionable insights to influence the internal product roadmap.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey by identifying and automating manual processes and improving internal playbooks.
  • Partner with Sales and Tech teams to ensure seamless handovers, upsell opportunities, and technical issue resolution.

Vereisten

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You bring proven experience in managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • You possess strong project management skills with a structured and autonomous approach to handling multiple accounts.
  • You have experience with CRM and support platforms such as HubSpot and Intercom.
  • You bring familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools like Linear and Notion.
  • You possess the ability to translate complex client needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • You have a data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • You’re comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment and possess a client-obsessed mindset.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Strong knowledge of French or Dutch.
