Expert Software Developer – PHP & C

Our client, a leading organization in the public safety sector, is looking for an expert developer to join their systems division. The project involves modernizing a large-scale data architecture to improve accessibility for analytics and intelligence applications.

• Design, develop, and test applications based on detailed functional and technical analyses.
• Ensure the quality and evolution of software solutions within a high-availability environment.
• Analyze user requirements in close collaboration with functional analysts to ensure technical feasibility.
• Provide technical advice and follow technological developments to propose system improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
• Perform maintenance and provide specialized technical support for existing applications.

• 8+ years of backend development experience with PHP 5.6, PHP 7, and PHP 8.
• 8+ years of server-level programming in C, including asynchronous programming and threads.
• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript, C#, and Xamarin.
• 3+ years of experience integrating REST and SOAP web services into applications.
• 3+ years of experience with AngularJS, Ajax, jQuery, and the CodeIgniter framework.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Git and DevOps methodologies.
• 3+ years of technical knowledge regarding TCP/IP network protocols.
• 1+ years of experience working in Linux RedHat server environments.
• You are proactive, methodical, and able to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• You possess an active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
