ML Engineer – Video AI & MLOps Infrastructure

Our client, a leading organization in the defense and technology sector, is looking for a specialist to enhance their real-time video AI solutions. The role focuses on developing video inference stacks and MLOps tools while collaborating within a multidisciplinary squad of scientists.

• Implement end-to-end quality assurance tests for the core AI product.
• Collaborate with deep learning scientists to enrich the video inference stack with new functionalities.
• Develop and maintain internal MLOps tools to streamline development workflows.
• Support the design and architecture of software solutions for object detection and tracking.
• Apply rigorous software engineering practices to ensure high-quality code and documentation.

• You have 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python or ML Engineering.
• You possess experience with video processing frameworks such as GStreamer and FFmpeg.
• You bring a strong background in software engineering best practices, specifically Architecture, Testing, and CI/CD.
• You're experienced in working within Agile environments without being dogmatic about methodology.
• You have the autonomy to propose and conduct implementations with minimal supervision.
• You possess excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
• You are fluent in French and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with MLOps infrastructure.
• Experience embedding Deep Learning models in constrained Linux environments.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in Data Science.
