SharePoint Specialist – Document Management

Our client, a leading organization in the infrastructure sector, is looking for a specialist to build and manage a modern, future-oriented document management landscape. This role focuses on structuring, securing, and optimizing information accessibility through robust governance and information architecture.

• Analyze document flows and information requirements to optimize organizational data structures.
• Develop and implement clear governance frameworks and information architectures for digital assets.
• Configure and optimize SharePoint as the central document management platform.
• Improve information findability by refining search functionalities and metadata structures.
• Guide users and drive platform adoption through expert support and training.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for business stakeholders and technical teams.

• You have proven experience with SharePoint configuration and management within a document management context.
• You possess expertise in information architecture, governance, and metadata management.
• You bring experience in analyzing business document flows and information needs.
• You have a background in driving user adoption and change management for digital solutions.
• You're an analytical and solution-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Willingness to obtain certifications in information management or SharePoint.

• Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
