Our client is a prominent energy infrastructure organization committed to building a sustainable and secure energy future. This role focuses on leading the implementation of a new group-wide intranet while driving strategic internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of a new group intranet project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders from the conceptual phase through to execution.
- Design and execute annual communication plans that align divisional priorities with corporate objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear narratives and consistent storytelling across the organization.
- Promote the adoption of AI and innovative practices within the communications team to enhance effectiveness.
- Deliver tailored internal communications that support organizational transformation and improve employee well-being.
Vereisten
- You have 8+ years of experience in communications with a focus on internal communications and storytelling.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in project management including stakeholder management and strategic insight.
- You're proactive, solution-oriented, and possess a collaborative spirit.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with intranet projects.
- Knowledge of AI adoption within a corporate communication function.
