Expert Infrastructure Architect – Azure & Active Directory

Our client, a major organization operating a large-scale technical infrastructure, is seeking an expert to manage and optimize their technology landscape. This role involves designing and implementing architecture guidelines for specific technology domains to ensure high performance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

• Define and implement architecture guidelines and standards within existing frameworks to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Select technologies based on functional requirements while aligning with strategic IT roadmaps and best practices.
• Provide expert input for business cases, technology roadmaps, and technical specifications for IT procurement.
• Validate solution designs and pro-actively propose improvements to optimize landscape stability and performance.
• Bridge the gap between technical, functional, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and planning.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to drive professionalization and service quality.

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Architect within large-scale environments consisting of at least 100,000 endpoints.
• In-depth expertise in Active Directory, ADFS, Azure, and EntraID.
• Extensive knowledge of Exchange, SMTP, and PKI certificate management.
• Strong technical background in Networking, TCP/IP, Cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Specialized knowledge of IAM solutions such as Trustbuilder or SAP IDM.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and VBScript.
• Professional experience with PM² or similar project management methodologies.
• Possession of MCSA, MCSE, or MCSD certifications.
• You possess strong communication skills and the autonomy to manage complex priorities and change management processes.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C2 level with a C1 level of English.

• Broad expertise in Databases and the alignment of security policies with regulatory frameworks.
• Relevant experience within SAP environments.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
