Our client, a leading organization in the Belgian energy sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role involves analyzing end-to-end processes and translating business needs into effective technical solutions to support the reliability of the energy infrastructure.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyze and model end-to-end business processes using BPMN methodology to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Structure business concepts by modeling information using UML class diagrams while challenging existing concepts.
- Elicit, clarify, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- Collaborate with solution architects to validate designs and ensure they meet business principles and strategic objectives.
- Formulate and execute testing activities, including writing test cases and performing business acceptance testing.
- Drive the creation of structured documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices for maintaining high-quality documentation.
Vereisten
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
- 5+ years with business analysis methods including BABOK, UML, and BPMN.
- You bring strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex situations into manageable components.
- You possess a collaborative mindset combined with a constructive, critical approach to challenge assumptions.
- You have a Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in Agile product delivery.
- Knowledge of ArchiMate.
