RCPS & Operational Excellence Specialist (Sterile Manufacturing)

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an expert to drive complex problem-solving initiatives within their manufacturing environment. This role focuses on moderating root cause analysis and coaching teams to enhance investigation quality. The project involves close collaboration across various departments to ensure structured problem-solving execution.

• Moderate and coach root cause analyses of complex problems.
• Objectively challenge and coach complex CAPAs.
• Develop RCPS skills on the job within operational teams.
• Support investigations by visiting the shop floor to observe processes directly.
• Lead cross-functional teams during non-conformity and CAPA discussions.
• Drive structured and disciplined RCPS execution for manufacturing and packaging areas.

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations and GMP environments.
• You possess RCPS certification and a proven track record in complex problem solving.
• You bring expertise in operational excellence, including Lean Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• You have profound knowledge of CAPA management and quality compliance.
• You bring strong project management and facilitation capabilities.
• You are a proactive communicator with strong coaching and leadership skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
