Business Analyst & Product Owner – Digital Operations & Innovation

Our client, a leading public sector organization focused on public safety, is seeking a professional to bridge the gap between operational requirements and digital innovation. This role involves taking ownership of digital products that enhance organizational efficiency through strategic product vision and business analysis within a complex innovation landscape.

• Translate operational needs into functional and technical specifications for scalable digital solutions.
• Manage the product backlog and roadmap while serving as the Product Owner in Agile development cycles.
• Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives through process modeling.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and value creation for end-users.
• Monitor the quality and progress of implementations while overseeing reporting and KPI tracking.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within ICT environments.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in business operations and general ICT management.
• You possess 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• You bring proven knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• You have experience with business process management (BPM) and process optimization.
• You're experienced in reporting, including the use of KPIs and dashboards.
• You're skilled in stakeholder management and various Project Management facets such as planning and coordination.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Knowledge of integration issues and API architecture.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user research techniques.
• Familiarity with security and privacy (GDPR) within ICT environments.
