Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Cloud Migration

Our client, a public sector organization dedicated to digital transformation and information management, is seeking an expert to oversee solution architecture for a major cloud migration and collaboration platform program. The project involves guiding integration partners and aligning technical designs with existing reference architectures to ensure seamless digital transitions. The role focuses on technical design, security setup, and the coordination of complex integrations within a cloud-first environment.

• Monitor the solution architecture for a large-scale collaboration platform to ensure alignment with reference architectures.
• Oversee technical tracks and integrations including planning, coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Design and document technical configurations, security setups, and overall system architecture.
• Provide expert guidance on the migration of applications from AWS to Azure.
• Review the output of development partners to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and quality standards.
• Inform stakeholders about evolving building blocks and digital transformation frameworks.

• You have 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.
• You possess 8+ years of experience in developing and maintaining solution architecture within business, data, application, and technology domains.
• You bring 8+ years of expertise in a specific domain such as Networking, Security, Server Infrastructure, ERP, ECM, or Datawarehouse.
• You have 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies, including Project Operations, Finance & Operations, and Customer Engagement.
• You possess experience with Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• You bring proven experience with modeling techniques such as Archimate, TOGAF, UML, and Sparx EA.
• You're analytical, communicative, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• 5+ years of experience working within a public sector context.
• Knowledge of Project Management facets including cost estimation, timing, and planning.
• Experience with Event-driven architecture, Microservices, C4 model, or Zachman framework.
