Analytical Development Compliance & Excellence Coordinator

Our client in the life sciences industry is seeking a professional to support analytical development through compliance and operational excellence. This role focuses on strengthening business processes, driving continuous improvement, and implementing a robust third-party management framework across the organization.

• Lead the deployment of the third-party management framework and translate corporate requirements into sustainable processes.
• Maintain process documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for external management topics.
• Monitor key performance indicators and process performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant implementations across procurement, quality, and finance.
• Coordinate compliance and continuous improvement initiatives by driving process harmonization and simplification efforts.
• Support governance, risk management, and quality initiatives alongside document retention and archiving activities.

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Quality Management.
• You have 4+ years of experience within a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• You possess knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance processes.
• You bring experience in process improvement, project coordination, and operational excellence.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
