Procurement Specialist – Public Sector & ICT

Our client, a leading public sector organization providing ICT services, is seeking a Procurement Specialist. The role involves providing temporary support to the procurement department by managing ongoing dossiers and drafting public tenders for ICT products and services.

• Manage and execute public procurement dossiers in coordination with strategic buyers.
• Draft comprehensive public tender documents to secure optimal conditions for partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement needs for safe ICT products and services.
• Ensure full compliance with public procurement legislation and internal procedures.
• Contribute to the selection process of ICT vendors and service providers.

• You bring 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist focusing on public sector contracts.
• You possess deep knowledge of public procurement legislation.
• You have experience publishing tenders via Public Procurement platforms.
• You bring demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end procurement dossiers.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with procurement within an ICT environment.
• Knowledge of NIS2 guidelines and GDPR.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
