We are looking for a passionate individual who excels in audience segmentation and data analysis, with a knack for translating business needs into actionable insights. • You support the CRM Campaign team and marketing stakeholders by building customer segmentations.
• You prepare the setup of customer journeys and manipulate campaign data to enable first-party data activation.
• You create customer segments that comply with privacy regulations and are usable for activation.
• You transform customer data into target groups and ensure campaigns are executed correctly.
• You collaborate closely with MMD & Media to understand audience strategies.
• You monitor segment usage, performance feedback, and optimize audience definitions accordingly.
• You contribute to campaign debriefs by delivering input data and key findings.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, technology, data, or equivalent.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Automation, digital marketing, and/or audience management.
• You have proficient knowledge of segmentation tools and CRM platforms.
• You are an effective communicator with strong analytical skills.
• You possess a structured approach and attention to detail.
• You have experience with customer journey tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• You are familiar with retail media data activation or clean room environments.
• You are proficient in Dutch and French.
