Product Owner – Cyber Threat Intelligence

Our client, a prominent public sector organization focused on digital security and transformation, is seeking a Product Owner to lead their threat intelligence service. The role involves managing global cyber threat data streams and delivering actionable insights to enhance the digital resilience of diverse government entities.

• Define and safeguard the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the threat intelligence service offering.
• Manage and optimize data streams from global providers to ensure efficient and high-quality processing of threat intelligence.
• Analyze incoming data and correlate findings with internal sources to assess and prioritize cyber risks.
• Develop and deliver tailored threat reports ranging from executive summaries for management to technical briefs for specialists.
• Oversee the quality and continuous development of threat intelligence platforms and data processing flows.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer by documenting methodologies and training team members to anchor expertise within the organization.
• Monitor the implementation of security measures and proactively coordinate vulnerability management initiatives.

• 5+ years experience as a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) analyst.
• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner including defining product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
• You possess a Product Owner or Product Manager certification within an Agile development methodology.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• 5+ years experience with vulnerability management in a Cloud context.
• 3+ years experience with security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27000, COBIT, NIST, OWASP, or CIS Controls.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and Product Backlog prioritization.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and platform architectures.
• Familiarity with project management facets including planning, estimation, and budget monitoring.
