Project Manager – Microsoft 365 & Change Management

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is looking for a specialist to drive the adoption of digital collaborative tools. The project focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical configurations to optimize organizational workflows and user engagement.

• Coordinate the adoption of digital workplace solutions across various departments to ensure high user engagement and productivity.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs and coaching sessions for both technical and non-technical staff.
• Establish and maintain a network of internal digital champions to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Define governance frameworks covering workspace nomenclature, document lifecycles, and access management.
• Lead project coordination activities including planning, risk management, and regular stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align configuration settings with data privacy and security requirements.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management and Change Management within complex organizational environments.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 adoption, specifically with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Governance, including workspace lifecycles, sharing rules, and archiving.
• Experience working within the public or healthcare sector, demonstrating an understanding of specific operational constraints.
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data sensitivity protocols.
• You possess excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and engage non-technical users.
• You are fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Power Automate for process automation and integration.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Azure AD, or Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Power BI or M365 Analytics for usage reporting and data analysis.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch.
