Functional Analyst – Financial Systems & ERP Integration

Our client, a significant public organization, is launching a project to centralize and optimize internal billing processes through a new integrated application. The role involves acting as the bridge between stakeholders and developers to translate complex business needs into functional specifications for a centralized invoicing system linked to an ERP platform.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
• Map the current as-is situation and design the desired to-be processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform detailed requirement analysis and design for large-scale, business-critical applications.
• Collaborate closely with the project lead to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Apply data and process modeling techniques to structure billing and invoicing flows.
• Facilitate the integration between diverse invoicing sources and the central ERP system.

• 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst working on large, business-critical applications.
• Proven experience within finance-related projects in an analytical role.
• Strong background in technical environments with a focus on system integration.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of experience with SAP.
• Experience with requirement analysis and design concepts for OO, multi-tier, web-enabled, and UML environments.
• Knowledge of data and process modeling techniques and specialized tools.
• Background in integration projects involving ERP connectivity.
