Senior Business & Process Analyst – Digital Service Platforms

Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking a senior professional to lead process and business analysis for their digital service infrastructure. This role involves optimizing collaborative workflows between various entities and driving organizational change through modern product management and AI-driven developments.

• Conduct in-depth business and process analysis for internal and external stakeholders within a digital platform context.
• Support development and implementation teams by refining product operations and associated tooling.
• Manage the communication of product roadmaps and release cycles to ensure alignment with partners.
• Facilitate the identification and implementation of platform enhancements and expansion opportunities.
• Lead process transformations resulting from the adoption of AI agentic technologies.
• Oversee project management activities including planning, coordination, and estimation.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a government or public sector context.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations specifically applied to ICT environments.
• Extensive experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
• 5+ years of experience utilizing Jira and Confluence for project documentation and tracking.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of project management facets such as costs and timing.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• 10+ years of experience in the role of Process Architect.
• 8+ years of experience working with regional or local government administrations.
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of experience with PowerBI.
• In-depth knowledge of BPMN methodologies.
