Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead testing activities for life insurance applications. The role involves overseeing system and user acceptance testing while pioneering the integration of AI-assisted testing methodologies within the team.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of system and user acceptance testing for complex application projects.
- Coordinate a team of application experts, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Integrate AI-assisted testing into the test lifecycle to improve efficiency in analysis, design, and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including project leads and business analysts, to align testing activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and risks while defining criteria for go/no-go decisions.
- Promote knowledge sharing and experiment with new AI tools to strengthen the overall testing capabilities of the organization.
Vereisten
- 8+ years of experience as a Test Manager, Test Coordinator, or in a similar quality assurance leadership role.
- Proven hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and the ability to translate AI knowledge into practical test approaches.
- Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Possess an ISTQB Foundation certification or higher.
- Experience in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams in a structured environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and meeting challenging deadlines.
- You are fluent in English with fluency in Dutch or French and a good level of the other.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and AI-driven quality tools.
- Understanding of life insurance applications and business processes.
- Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.

- Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
