SAP S/4HANA Support & Test Analyst – Sales Optimization

Our client, a global leader in the industrial sector, is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation focused on sales optimization. The project seeks an analyst to support business users through testing phases and transition into first-line support after the system go-live.

• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and navigation of functional scenarios.
• Coordinate test management activities to reduce administrative overhead for business stakeholders.
• Draft clear procedures and comprehensive end-user documentation to facilitate system adoption.
• Register, track, and follow up on technical issues identified during testing phases until resolution.
• Provide first-line support and helpdesk services following the system go-live, triaging issues for consultants.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and consultants to ensure technical alignment with business needs.

• You have 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• You possess a strong interest in ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA, and digital transformation.
• You're experienced with structured ways of working, particularly regarding testing details and documentation.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field requiring analytical and structured thinking.
• You're proactive and communicative with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Prior exposure to SAP through internships, traineeships, or academic projects.
• Familiarity with testing concepts such as UAT, test scripts, and defect management.
• Experience drafting user-facing documentation or training materials.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
