CRM Master Data Officer – CRM & Privacy Compliance

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation sector, is currently undergoing a major digital transformation involving a large-scale systems implementation. The project is seeking a professional to maintain data integrity and privacy standards, ensuring business continuity while clearing operational backlogs.

• Process incoming privacy-related requests in strict accordance with established procedures and GDPR legislation.
• Manage operational backlogs by effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting time-bound deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent follow-up on data management inquiries.
• Execute data quality assessments and process incoming requests based on specific business instructions.
• Perform data cleansing activities, including both on-demand requests and automatically generated cases.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information within the system.

• 3+ years experience as a business user working with **SAP CRM** on-premise systems.
• 3+ years experience in a comparable data management role with a focus on data privacy.
• 3+ years professional experience working within a public sector or regulated environment.
• You bring proven knowledge of **GDPR** regulations and relevant national privacy legislation.
• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in **Business**, **Economics**, or a related field.
• You have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• You're experienced in working with secure environments and confidential data processing.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a C1 or C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in project coordination or operational reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven data processing workflows.
