Global Medical Lead Psoriasis

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Global Medical Lead specializing in Psoriasis. This role provides medical expertise and strategic leadership to support solution adoption and enhance care standards within the immunology landscape.

• Lead the development and execution of the global medical affairs strategy for dermatology indications.
• Act as a core member of cross-functional leadership teams to shape strategy and operational plans.
• Cultivate a global network of thought leaders and scientific societies to inform the evolving treatment landscape.
• Provide medical leadership for scientific communication, ensuring accuracy and consistency across publications and congresses.
• Generate and share indication insights by integrating field intelligence and expert perspectives.
• Support clinical development and evidence generation priorities with medical expertise throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Ensure all medical affairs activities comply with regulatory, legal, and industry standards.

• You possess a PhD in life sciences or a Medical Degree (MD).
• You have 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs, specifically in global or regional roles.
• You bring deep subject matter expertise in psoriasis and the dermatology therapeutic area.
• You possess a proven track record in medical strategy development and cross-functional collaboration.
• You have experience in scientific communication, data analysis, and clinical development.
• You're proactive, adaptable to ambiguity, and possess strong strategic thinking skills.
• You are fluent in English.
