QC Document and Training Specialist

Our client is seeking a professional to provide support for compliance, documentation, and training activities within a global quality control system. This role involves managing document processes and systems to ensure the effective development and distribution of standard operating procedures. The specialist will work within a project team to maintain high standards of quality assurance and training excellence.

• Manage the development, review, approval, and distribution of SOPs, GUIs, and work instructions.
• Act as an ARIS Designer to build and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Identify and implement BPM best practices in collaboration with the center of excellence.
• Maintain the training management system by setting up learning functions and managing training matrices.
• Develop QC system training curricula through the selection of internal and external materials.
• Support the implementation of competence-based learning approaches for global stakeholders.

• You possess a Master or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• You have experience with GxP regulations and LES or regulated lab workflows.
• You bring experience in LMS and training management processes.
• You have proficiency in the Articulate suite, including Rise 360 and Storyline 360, and Camtasia.
• You have strong technical writing skills and the ability to collaborate with SMEs.
• You're highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• You are fluent in French and English.
