Expert Business Analyst – Order to Cash & Digital Strategy

Our client, a major organization in the national infrastructure and transport sector, is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to bridge the gap between strategic objectives and operational ICT solutions. The role involves translating business needs into digital roadmaps and project fiches within a complex enterprise environment.

• Act as the lead business analyst and primary point of contact for various business domains.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define, structure, and document business cases and project requirements.
• Design and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process models and information flow architectures.
• Utilize modeling techniques to map conceptual data and process streams.
• Support the ICT demand management process by preparing technical documentation for new initiatives or changes.
• Manage project expectations regarding scope, timing, and budgetary alignment while reporting risks to management.
• Contribute to the evolution of the digital roadmap in alignment with organizational governance.

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 8+ years of experience in solution design and managing complex information flows.
• 5+ years of experience in process modeling using BPMN.
• 2+ years of experience with conceptual models and enterprise governance for large-scale programs.
• 2+ years of experience managing budget processes within a project context.
• You possess experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• You're able to demonstrate strong presentation skills and a professional attitude when interacting with management.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of integrating into collaborative teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a B2 level of English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of RDF Ontology.
• Familiarity with European standards for data exchange and sector-specific frameworks such as RINF.
• Understanding of strategic EU initiatives related to transport and infrastructure.
