Our client, a globally recognized leader in the health, hygiene, and nutrition sectors, is looking for a Sales Representative to join their pharmacy channel team. You will work in a dynamic, international environment focused on making high-quality wellness products accessible across the Province of Antwerp.
Verantwoordelijkheden
As part of the regional sales team, you report to the Sales Manager and represent a diverse portfolio of trusted brands within the pharmacy network. You act as a strategic partner to pharmacists and their staff to ensure the success of the health and wellness portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy teams, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Execute the territory business plan through 5 to 6 daily pharmacy visits and efficient route planning.
- Achieve and exceed commercial objectives by expanding product distribution and enhancing brand visibility.
- Deliver professional product presentations and provide expert guidance on therapeutic applications and category opportunities.
- Analyse market performance within your territory to identify and implement growth opportunities.
- Strengthen the market position by implementing promotional and merchandising initiatives at the pharmacy level.
Vereisten
- Previous experience in field sales is essential for this role.
- Strong affinity with or experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or OTC sectors.
- A proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering measurable sales results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals.
- Highly organized and autonomous, with the motivation to manage a sales territory independently.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English and/or French.
- Experience in merchandising or in-store execution is considered a plus.
