Our client, a major organization within the public sector, is looking for a project lead to spearhead a large-scale ERP transformation. This role focuses on stabilizing a complex implementation project during its critical testing phase while ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective supplier collaboration.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead the comprehensive testing phase by refining test scripts and scenarios in collaboration with external partners.
- Manage and structure testing activities across multiple organizational units and central services.
- Monitor supplier deliverables to ensure they meet strict quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Stabilize project operations and restore stakeholder trust through transparent risk and issue management.
- Negotiate assertively with vendors regarding planning, quality, and shifting responsibilities.
- Support and coach the existing project leadership to ensure long-term continuity and impact.
- Develop and execute a realistic recovery plan for the testing and subsequent implementation phases.
Vereisten
- 8+ years of experience in project management for large-scale ERP implementations, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
- 8+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure or development projects within multi-actor environments.
- You possess deep expertise in project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
- You have a proven track record in crisis management and stabilizing high-pressure transformation projects.
- You bring strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating between BPOs, IT teams, and executive boards.
- You possess advanced knowledge of project management tools including MS Project and MS Office.
- You have practical experience with ITIL processes and quality assurance frameworks.
- You're an assertive yet empathetic leader capable of driving change and resolving organizational friction.
- You are fluent in Dutch with C2 level knowledge.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working within the public sector or large educational networks.
- Specific expertise in quality control for test scripts, configurations, and process flows.
