Senior SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA Supply Chain & Logistics

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and mobility sector, is seeking a senior professional to drive the delivery of a large-scale enterprise resource planning implementation. This role focuses on overseeing the integration and deployment of supply chain solutions within an advanced technical landscape and managing the collaboration with external implementation partners.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents following established organizational standards.
• Manage budget proposals and financial adjustments throughout the project lifecycle to ensure fiscal compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external system integrators to meet milestones.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, providing regular updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Steer solution design towards clean core principles while coordinating technical requirements.
• Utilize project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and ARIS BPMN to track progress and documentation.

• 8+ years of project management experience within SAP environments.
• 8+ years of expertise in SAP Supply Chain and Warehousing projects.
• 8+ years of experience with IT management methodologies such as ITIL or IT4IT.
• You have a proven track record of managing large-scale system integrations and go-live phases for S/4HANA.
• You possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams and steer external implementation partners.
• You're experienced in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within complex IT programs.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management, SAP WM, and integration with ECC.
• Experience with SAP Activate and ADKAR change management methodologies.
• Familiarity with integration between PM, PP, and PS modules or mobile warehouse devices.
• Technical proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and O365 applications.
• Previous experience as a functional SAP SCM consultant.

• Start date: 29/06/2026.
• Duration: project until 31/12/2028.
• Work regime: Full-time.
• Location: Brussels.
• Working model: Hybrid (onsite 3 days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
• Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
