Launch Excellence Technician I

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to ensure the end-to-end validation of new products across formulation, filling, and packaging. This role focuses on supporting product launches through rigorous documentation, production follow-up, and quality investigations within a dynamic project environment.

• Prepare validation documentation including protocols, batch records, and laboratory requests for new product introductions.
• Monitor validation batches in production and perform data verification for technical reports.
• Manage sample storage, distribution, and shipping while tracking result generation.
• Coordinate stability studies and provide necessary data for regulatory filings.
• Support project management for validation activities and conduct quality investigations.
• Implement changes and support the introduction of new products to the site.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• You bring 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment or a similar regulated setting.
• You possess strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• You're proactive in communication and demonstrate a flexible mindset for priority setting in dynamic projects.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
