SharePoint Application Analyst – Industrial Planning Solutions

Our client, a major player in the transportation and logistics sector, is looking for an expert to support and enhance a critical workshop capacity planning application. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for bug resolution, feasibility analysis, and the implementation of technical enhancements within a cloud-integrated environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the support and enhancement of a specialized workshop planning application.
• Resolve technical bugs reported by business users to ensure application stability.
• Analyze the feasibility and workload requirements for proposed functional enhancements.
• Execute development tasks for accepted improvements and manage the end-to-end deployment process.
• Provide hypercare support following the rollout of new features or updates.
• Coordinate the integration between the cloud-based planning tool and existing systems.

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Project Server.
• You possess strong development skills in JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• You bring a proven track record as a Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• You have experience managing end-to-end development cycles, including analysis, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• You are ITIL certified (any version).
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a minimum level of C1 for both.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with industrial or technically complex planning processes.
• Knowledge of BPM tools such as Aris.
• Familiarity with Change Management frameworks like ADKAR.
• Experience working with project methodologies such as PM².
