Expert Functional Analyst – Web & Mobile Field Services

Our client, a leading organization in the energy distribution sector, is looking for an expert to manage their mobile collaboration platform. This role focuses on ensuring the functional continuity and further evolution of a critical digital tool used by field technicians and administrative staff.

• Manage the functional lifecycle of a mobile application to ensure seamless data exchange between field and office staff.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Conduct impact analyses, risk assessments, and workload estimations for new features and projects.
• Collaborate with architecture and UX teams to ensure system performance, stability, and usability.
• Provide second-line support for incidents and coordinate feasibility studies with internal teams.
• Oversee the transition from external implementation partners to internal functional ownership.

• You bring 10+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• You possess 8+ years of experience in building both online and offline solutions for mobile devices.
• You have 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• You have proven experience with hands-on data modeling.
• You bring experience in delivering Web and Mobile projects.
• You possess knowledge of project methodologies including Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or PMI.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with a strong focus on quality and detail.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the second language and a strong command of English.

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of experience in the utilities or distribution network sector.
• Professional experience in field services and energy network management.
• Experience with data modeling for document databases, specifically Couchbase.
• Possession of a Bachelor or Master degree.
