ITSM Analyst & Developer – Atlassian Solutions

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join a team of technical specialists focused on digital service delivery. This role involves the configuration and development of cloud-based service management and collaboration tools to support internal business processes.

• Configure and optimize Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Assets.
• Manage security and access control through Atlassian Guard.
• Develop automation and custom integrations using PowerShell.
• Implement and maintain ITSM processes across the organization.
• Support project delivery, system maintenance, and incident management activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• 3+ years of experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management (Cloud) configuration.
• 3+ years of experience with Atlassian Assets configuration.
• 3+ years of experience with Atlassian Guard.
• 3+ years of experience with Confluence Cloud Administration.
• 3+ years of experience as an Atlassian Expert in similar environments.
• 3+ years of scripting experience with PowerShell.
• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience in ICT technology.
• You are fluent in Dutch with level C2.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with the implementation and configuration of ITSM processes.
• Knowledge of eazyBI for reporting.
• Experience with Scriptrunner or Scriptrunner Connect.
• Knowledge of SQL.

• Start date: 28 September 2026.
• Duration: 12 months.
