Senior Business Analyst – Non-Life Insurance & Migrations

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced professional to support their transformation roadmap and migration projects. This role involves defining high-quality IT solutions and optimizing the user experience for brokers and partners through detailed functional analysis.

• Capture and document business requirements within the broker front product team focusing on non-life insurance.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements while validating potential solutions.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to define requirements and align expectations across various departments.
• Model processes and document use cases to ensure clarity for business, technical, and design teams.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between internal stakeholders and offshore back-office teams.
• Ensure design guidelines are followed to deliver high-quality IT solutions within scope and budget.

• You possess 8+ years of experience in business analysis within large-scale organizational environments.
• You have expertise in analysis and modeling techniques, including BPMN, UML, and Use Cases.
• You bring a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• You have experience setting up and planning requirement-gathering approaches with diverse stakeholders.
• You're proactive, result-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• You bring the ability to collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore teams in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch with very good knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience in the insurance sector.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
