QMS Documentation Management Expert

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking an expert to support a large-scale transformation of their Quality Management System. This role focuses on the redesign and implementation of document management practices, governance, and systems within a highly regulated environment.

• Map the current-state documentation landscape including processes, document hierarchy, and metadata.
• Design the future-state documentation model, focusing on the document pyramid, lifecycle, and governance.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic objectives.
• Drive change management activities and collect feedback to support the redesign and implementation phase.
• Collaborate with Quality and IT teams to ensure EDMS readiness and system implementation.
• Support both high-level strategy definition and hands-on execution of documentation practices.

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical environment with a focus on GxP and QMS.
• You bring expertise in documentation processes, including document hierarchy and lifecycle management.
• You're experienced in contributing to process transformation or quality system redesign initiatives.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous design phase.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Veeva Vault, Viva, or EDMS customization and metadata configuration.
• Background in Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Yellow or Green Belt.
• Working knowledge of French.
