.NET / Angular Full-Stack Developer – Utility Systems

Our client, a prominent organization in the utilities sector, is looking for a developer to join a dynamic team supporting specialized asset management web applications. This role focuses on building production-grade software while advancing within a modern cloud and DevOps environment.

• Implement new functionalities in existing web applications in collaboration with the product owner and the development team.
• Support and modify web applications across project delivery, maintenance, and incident management cycles.
• Analyze incidents alongside functional analysts and develop technical solutions independently.
• Contribute to the functional and technical design of digital solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Write unit tests and maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain internal IT standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate with the team on planning, scoping, work estimations, and release follow-up.

• 4+ years backend development experience with .NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core.
• 4+ years of experience with development on the Azure platform.
• 3+ years frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years development experience in .NET based applications.
• You bring experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
• You're familiar with Infrastructure as Code principles.
• You possess knowledge of testing frameworks such as nUnit or xUnit.
• You're proactive, analytical, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Azure API Management, App Service, Service Bus, and Service Fabric.
• Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Managed Identities.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Entity Framework or NHibernate.
• Experience with Bicep, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SQL or Oracle databases and Agile methodologies.
