Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector, is seeking a construction surveyor to provide local support for network construction projects. This role focuses on the preparation, field supervision, and quality assurance of various construction sites.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Prepare construction sites by attending coordination meetings and verifying project execution plans.
- Plan and schedule all necessary materials to ensure timely project starts.
- Document all project tasks and progress within internal management systems.
- Provide onsite instructions and technical support to workers to resolve issues.
- Perform regular quality and safety inspections to maintain high standards and safe working environments.
- Validate the completion and progress of works against the project execution plan.
Vereisten
- You have 3+ years of experience in telecom, utility construction, or the general construction sector.
- You possess a VolVCA certification.
- You bring experience with MS Office tools, including Word and Excel.
- You possess a valid Driving License B.
- You're a strong communicator with good negotiation skills and a proactive mindset.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.
