Low Code Engineer – Power Platform & AI Automation

Our client, a prominent organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a specialist to join their AI Center of Excellence. This role involves designing, building, and scaling AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem. The position combines hands-on solution development with business enablement to automate processes and create intelligent agents.

• Build AI agents, workflow automations, and productivity solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Translate business opportunities into scalable low-code solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Create reusable agent patterns, templates, connectors, and accelerators for enterprise-wide implementation.
• Support and coach citizen developers and business teams in the adoption of low-code and AI solutions.
• Maintain governance, security, and lifecycle management standards for Power Platform and AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists and Product Owners to deliver end-to-end business solutions.

• You bring 3+ years of experience developing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, and Dataverse.
• You possess 3+ years of experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or conversational AI platforms.
• You're experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• You have a strong understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management within Power Platform environments.
• You have the ability to translate business requirements into practical and user-friendly solutions.
• You possess the ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Hold Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, AI Foundry, or API integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and agent development.
• Professional experience within the insurance sector.
• Experience building reusable enterprise automation capabilities and communities of practice.

• Work regime: Full-time
• Location: Antwerp and Brussels
• Working model: Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite.
