Product Owner – Identity & Access Management

Our client, a leading organization in the social and financial services sector, is looking for a Product Owner to lead the digital transformation of their security domain. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation to ensure secure and seamless user access across digital platforms.

• Create and maintain the product backlog while prioritizing features and technical synergies for upcoming sprints.
• Translate complex end-user needs into clear technical requirements for the delivery team to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and execute a strategic delivery roadmap while managing associated risks, issues, and budgets.
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery by overseeing functional testing and alignment with customer design requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage technical or organizational conflicts to ensure operational functionality.
• Coach and motivate delivery squads to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• 5+ years expertise in Systems Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• 5+ years of experience with development support tools such as JIRA.
• 3+ years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with Authentication, SSO, PKI, or PAM.
• 3+ years working with REST APIs.
• 3+ years knowledge of Information Security Standards (ISO 2700x) and IT Security Risk Analysis.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• You're structured, organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English with very strong knowledge of French and/or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Strong coaching and training skills.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security principles including ciphers and cryptography.
