Project Manager - Energy Grid Harmonization

Our client is a leading organization in the energy sector dedicated to ensuring the reliability and sustainability of national electricity supply. This role leads a strategic initiative to harmonize the timelines, processes, and assumptions of various development plans to ensure coherence and optimize investment efficiency across the network.

• Orchestrate the alignment of planning cycles, milestones, and governance processes across system operators and regulatory interfaces.
• Identify and resolve structural inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and interdependencies between different planning approaches.
• Define and implement a unified planning framework balancing operational constraints and long-term system needs.
• Facilitate cross-organisational collaboration and ensure effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Identify and drive legislative and regulatory adaptations required to embed a harmonized approach structurally.
• Lead the end-to-end coordination and delivery of the project against strategic objectives and milestones.

• You possess 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy and energy planning.
• You bring proven expertise in project management, specifically in governance design and stakeholder management.
• You have the ability to conduct interviews and synthesize complex information into detailed process improvements and scenarios.
• You're able to manage work independently and construct compelling narratives to convince internal and external stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
