Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cyber Security

Our client, a public sector organization, is looking for an experienced professional to lead critical infrastructure and security initiatives. The project focuses on orchestrating complex tenant migrations and implementing advanced security solutions to meet regulatory compliance standards.

• Lead the preparation, planning, and successful execution of complex infrastructure and security projects.
• Coordinate the migration of identities and dependencies from shared to private cloud environments.
• Oversee the implementation of an integrated Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platform.
• Manage external service providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor and report on critical projects including network segmentation, identity governance, and endpoint management.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and change management processes across the organization.

• You have 8+ years of experience in leading complex IT infrastructure projects.
• You possess 8+ years of experience with Prince2 or equivalent project management methodologies.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in cloud and tenant migrations specifically within Microsoft Azure and Entra ID environments.
• You've spent 3+ years managing stakeholders, external vendors, and professional reporting.
• You have 1+ years of experience with GDPR concepts, data anonymization, or data classification.
• You possess functional knowledge of NIS2 compliance requirements.
• You have a technical understanding of network architecture, segmentation, and firewalling.
• You're result-oriented, proactive, and experienced in change management.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a very good level of French, or vice versa.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with endpoint management tools like SCCM or Intune.
• Knowledge of SAN environments.
• Passive knowledge of English.
