Senior Test Coordinator – Data Management & Market Processes

Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is seeking a professional to join their data management program. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and integration of complex market processes and mission-critical systems through comprehensive testing and coordination.

• Document test scenarios and progress within a central management tool while providing detailed reporting.
• Execute hands-on functional tests to ensure high-quality system integration across diverse domains.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple application teams and project streams.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to define, describe, and monitor the lifecycle of software defects.
• Guide end-users and business analysts during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Prepare relevant test data by aligning with various stakeholders across different functional domains.
• Organize Go/No Go meetings and deliver comprehensive test reports via collaborative documentation platforms.

• You have 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, including 5+ years specifically in Test Coordination for large-scale, mission-critical applications.
• You possess 5+ years of experience with formal test methodologies and hold an ISTQB or ISEB Foundation certification.
• You bring 5+ years of experience analyzing functional and technical specifications to implement complex test scenarios.
• You have 3+ years of experience with testing tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
• You possess 3+ years of experience in test automation using frameworks like Specflow, Reqnroll, Tosca, Playwright, or Selenium.
• You bring 3+ years of experience with UML and Use Case modeling.
• You have practical knowledge of XML, SQL, BPM, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions.
• You're experienced in the visual presentation of test results to stakeholders and possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• You possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• You are fluent in Dutch (CEFR level C2) with a good understanding of English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Azure, .NET, and Java technology stacks within a testing context.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum project environment.
• Professional experience within the Belgian utility sector.
• Practical experience with scripting and software development.
