Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Process Engineer to optimize their highly automated production facilities. The project involves driving technical improvements, overseeing equipment updates, and managing new product introductions to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality issues or safety risks.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable technical solutions for manufacturing equipment.
- Lead the integration of new equipment and major system updates alongside internal and external partners.
- Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) from initial concept through to full operational completion.
- Serve as the technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a specific production domain.
- Facilitate project meetings to monitor process control and ensure continuous improvement.
Vereisten
- You bring 3+ years of relevant experience as a Process Engineer within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- You have a solid technical background and the ability to work autonomously on complex challenges.
- You're highly organized and possess strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in English.

- Experience with automation and equipment validation.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in project meeting facilitation and budget management.
