IAM System Design Engineer – Identity & Access Management

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is looking for a specialist to lead the design and implementation of their security infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering high-quality identity and access solutions while ensuring system optimization and performance across the project.

• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable system designs.
• Maintain and optimize authentication and authorization solutions using industry-standard protocols.
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital certificates including issuance, renewal, and revocation.
• Perform complex incident resolution and detailed root cause analysis for infrastructure systems.
• Evaluate design trade-offs and validate compliance to ensure project requirements are met.
• Innovate existing processes and services through the introduction of new technical ideas.
• Ensure technical documentation remains up-to-date through rigorous technical writing.

• 8+ years of experience in technical engineering and IT infrastructure design.
• 5+ years of specialized expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Information Security, and Encryption.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols including OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
• Strong development skills using JavaScript and JSON.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as GitHub or BitBucket.
• Practical experience in managing web security and digital certificate processes.
• Adaptive and analytical mindset with a result-driven approach to software development.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Azure AD, PingAM, or PingDS.
• Willingness to participate in an on-duty call rotation.
