Senior RWE Expert

Our client, a leading life sciences organization, is looking for a Senior RWE Expert to design and lead global real-world evidence studies. The role focuses on generating scientific insights to support regulatory and payer interactions through innovative evidence generation strategies. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure research outputs meet strategic and scientific objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex global RWE studies using diverse methodologies and datasets.
• Develop study concepts, write protocols, and design analysis plans while ensuring governance compliance.
• Deliver high-impact research including epidemiology, burden-of-disease, and comparative-effectiveness studies.
• Represent RWE initiatives on primary data-collection teams and lead secondary data-use projects.
• Collaborate with vendors, clinicians, and statisticians to deliver scientifically robust evidence.
• Interpret results and communicate findings across internal and external scientific and strategic forums.
• Contribute to asset-level strategy by proposing innovative study designs and data sources.

• You possess a Master's degree or ideally a PhD in a relevant scientific field.
• You bring 8+ years of experience in global RWE study design and execution.
• You have experience with Phase 3 programs/studies
• You demonstrate strong technical/scientific understanding of RWE methodologies and the ability to challenge assumptions and ensure scientific robustness.
• You're an influential scientific contributor with strong methodological reasoning.
