Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a specialist to lead their discovery and market analysis phase for a new customer platform. The role involves identifying stakeholder needs, defining a clear target vision, and conducting a structured vendor selection process to drive digital transformation.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify user needs, pain points, and target outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into personas, user journeys, and prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Define the target vision and roadmap for the platform, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct structured market scans and vendor evaluations using RFI/RFP processes and scoring models.
- Coordinate with security, architecture, and legal teams to ensure technical and compliance alignment.
- Manage the product backlog and release planning to support agile delivery increments and user adoption.
Vereisten
- 3+ years of experience with CRM systems, encompassing tool selection, implementation, or optimization.
- 3+ years in business analysis involving process mapping, user stories, and personas.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and release planning.
- Proven expertise in market exploration, RFI/RFP processes, and vendor scoring models.
- Solid knowledge of the energy sector and the Belgian energy market.
- Ability to create structured analysis deliverables such as AS-IS/TO-BE process maps and data requirements.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an autonomous and customer-focused approach.
- You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with UAT organization and change management strategies.
- Knowledge of technical integration constraints and identity management.
