Expert Program Manager – SAP ERP & Data Platforms

Our client, a major organization in the infrastructure and transport sector, is looking for a strategic leader to define their digital future. The project involves designing and implementing a comprehensive roadmap for ERP and data solutions through 2031, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.

• Design and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap for SAP ERP and data platform solutions.
• Lead the governance, coordination, and organization of technical and functional activities.
• Translate strategic roadmaps into actionable projects with defined scope, planning, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional ICT and business teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Collaborate with the PMO team to monitor execution and ensure the successful delivery of every project phase.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging solutions from major vendors like SAP and Microsoft to meet evolving organizational requirements.

• You have 15+ years of experience in Program Management, including roadmap construction, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
• You possess 15+ years of experience in project lifecycle management, specifically focusing on scope, budget, and resource management in collaboration with a PMO.
• You bring 15+ years of functional and technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA within the Finance, Supply, Procurement, Logistics, EAM, and HR modules.
• You have 15+ years of experience with data platforms including SAP BW, BW/4, SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC, MS Fabric, Cloudera, and Elastic.
• You're proactive, precise, and possess professional communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in English with C1 proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
