Senior Product Owner – Digital Customer Experience

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is looking for a Senior Product Owner – Digital Customer Experience. This role acts as a bridge between business and IT, translating strategic objectives into high-value digital solutions to optimize inbound and outbound customer processes. The selected candidate will focus on enhancing the digital journey for customers, employees, and distribution partners.

• Represent the business vision and manage product priorities to maximize value for all stakeholders.
• Translate feature requests and business needs into clear user stories and product backlog items.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with IT architects, Scrum teams, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet agreed-upon quality criteria.
• Monitor digital market developments to drive innovation and identify process improvement opportunities.

• 8+ years experience in Digital Transformation and Change Management.
• 8+ years working with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• 8+ years in Digital Project delivery and management within large organizations.
• 8+ years of Executive Stakeholder Management.
• You bring a background in business operations, customer service, or product development.
• You possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of professional experience.
• You have strong organizational skills and an autonomous, decisive working style.
• You're an enthusiastic communicator able to maintain an end-to-end perspective.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
