Project Manager – Transformation & Infrastructure Implementation

Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector, is looking for a seasoned professional to join their transformation team. This role focuses on the concrete implementation and operationalization of a critical program involving contractual and regulatory foundations across multiple parallel workstreams.

• Lead the implementation of a complex, multi-track transformation program with organization-wide impact.
• Translate theoretical scope and contractual agreements into practical operational processes and concrete execution.
• Monitor and track progress across various sub-projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks by developing pragmatic solutions for field operations and internal departments.
• Manage diverse stakeholders ranging from operational teams to senior leadership and C-level executives.
• Maintain project structure through detailed activity tracking, dashboards, and transparent status reporting.
• Bridge the gap between strategic goals and field-level implementation to ensure operational workability.

• 5+ years of project management experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Solid experience in the Telecom industry, specifically with HFC, FTTH, or similar infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing high-impact projects with C-level visibility and reporting requirements.
• Strong background in Operational Project Management, focusing on execution and implementation rather than strategy.
• Experience managing Transformation programs that impact cross-functional domains such as HR, Legal, and IT.
• Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to maintain structure and organization while managing multiple parallel project tracks.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under high pressure.
• Excellent diplomatic and assertive communication skills to challenge decisions when necessary.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Contract Implementations or working within highly regulated environments.
• Technical background in IT to support technology-related sub-projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance project management efficiency.
• Experience managing projects in crisis-like or high-pressure environments.
