IT Project Manager – E-commerce & Loyalty Solutions

Our client, a prominent player in the retail and digital sector, is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their loyalty and e-commerce departments. This role focuses on delivering complex digital projects by ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and implementation timelines.

• Define and maintain project scope and objectives in collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor project budgets through detailed reporting and regular financial tracking.
• Orchestrate project progress by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing global delivery schedules.
• Facilitate project governance by preparing and leading steering committees and operational meetings.
• Coordinate quality assurance phases and user acceptance testing between technical teams and business units.
• Identify project risks and dependencies while maintaining a comprehensive risk mitigation matrix.
• Monitor deployment strategies to ensure alignment with the overall digital roadmap.

• You have 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within e-commerce or digital transformation environments.
• You bring experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira.
• You possess knowledge of modern technical architectures, including MACH, APIs, and cloud platforms like GCP.
• You have exposure to data and integration technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Talend, or Informatica.
• You're experienced in managing projects involving frontend and backend technologies like ReactJS and NodeJS.
• You bring a strong ability to synthesize complex technical information for non-technical business stakeholders.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of navigating complex organizational structures.
• You are fluent in French and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and validation.
• Knowledge of specialized platforms such as Reach5 or Engage.
