Project Leader – Digital Service Portals

Our client is a leading public sector organization focused on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through digital transformation. This role involves managing the expansion and optimization of a digital one-stop-shop platform to ensure seamless service delivery for businesses.

• Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies to translate service needs and feedback into concrete improvement actions.
• Lead and monitor digital integration projects while supporting the program manager in overall delivery.
• Organize and facilitate consultation sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project planning, manage deadlines, and report on project progress.
• Oversee the quality of delivered digital services with a dedicated focus on detail and the end-user experience.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary agile team to drive continuous platform improvement and strategic growth.

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in leading and guiding complex projects.
• You possess a thorough understanding of project management methodologies, including related terminology, roles, and processes.
• You have professional experience working in digital environments or project-driven organizations.
• You're proficient with Jira
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch at C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Experience working within the public sector.
• Knowledge of integrating applications with digital building blocks or identity management systems.
• Experience working in an agile mindset.
